Quantification of rolling and adhesion of Ly6G+cells (neutrophils) and Ly6C+cells (classical monocytes) was performed by counting the positive cells in at least two high power fields (hpf) per mouse. The boxplots (B) for n animals per group indicate from top to bottom: maximum, third quartile, median, first quartile and minimum. The percentage (%) of the mean value of each control group values is shown. The bar graphs (C–F and H) for n mice or n independent biological replicates indicate the mean SEM. Measurements performed in at least two hpf unless otherwise stated (H). Experimental groups were compared using a two-tailed Mann-Whitney U test or unpaired t test depending on data distribution.
