Quantification of the respective inflammatory area (FcγRIIb−/−: n = 14–18; Dectin-1−/−: n = 4–7), the percentage of cartilage destruction (FcγRIIb−/−: n = 14–18; Dectin-1−/−: n = 7–8), the area of bone erosions (FcγRIIb−/−: n = 10–15; Dectin-1−/−: n = 8–9) and the number of osteoclasts (FcγRIIb−/−: n = 10–15; Dectin-1−/−: n = 8–9) at the sites of bone erosions in FcγRIIb or Dectin-1-deficient mice treated with PBS or IVIg.
