Standard deviation across 500 frames of GCaMP7b imaging results at different depths beneath cortex obtained by TPM and mid-NA 2pSAM. We compared the slice obtained by TPM with and without deconvolution, raw center view of mid-NA 2pSAM, and the reconstructed slice. Scale bars: 100 m.
