Comparison of unmodified pegRNA or epegRNA installing a +2 G-to-C edit in bulk liver. v1 PE3-AAV9 was delivered by RO injection to 6–8-week-old C57BL/6 mice at a dose of 1 x 10 12 vg (5 x 10 11 vg per N-terminal and C-terminal AAVs). Bulk tissue was harvested 3 weeks after injection, and gDNA was isolated and analyzed by HTS. Significance was calculated by unpaired t-test.
