Workflow from Scientific Research

Overview of preprocessing pipeline for tracking. Volumes were acquired using in vivo 2p microscopy over 10 d and registered to each other. Blood vessels were masked to facilitate tracking. Imaging volumes were super-resolved with XTC; synapses were detected using ilastik and separated with watershed segmentation. Data are representative of larger volumes from three SEP GluA2 mice, examined over two independent experiments.
