Cortical renal tissue from control patients were placed in organ culture and treated with PRA for 4 h prior to ZFYVE21 co-IP and Western blot analysis (n = 3). One-way ANOVA with Tukey’s post-hoc comparison was used for statistical comparisons where p < 0.05 is considered statistically significant.
