Implementation of the PSReliP pipeline. A schematic representation showing the required software and R packages used to develop the PSReliP pipeline and those that must be installed by the user before running the pipeline. The user must also edit the configuration file, which contains information about the pipeline installation directory, the working directory, input files, and parameter values used in the analysis and visualization processes. The created Shiny application can be viewed in several ways, such as sharing as a web page using Shiny Server or Shinyapps.io or running from RStudio Desktop
