Analysis of SnJOS1/2 cleavage products by western blotting. K63-linked Ub6+ chains were incubated with 5 μM SnJOS1 or SnJOS2 for indicated times. Poly-ubiquitin chain degradation is visualized by Coomassie-staining and α-ubiquitin western blotting. GlyGly-remnant accumulation is shown by α-K-ε-GlyGly detection.
