PCR performed using long DNA molecules extracted from the G0-F100 (control) and G73 Drosophila lines (genomic DNA extracted using Short-Read Eliminator kit: G73-SRE sample). The name of the TE family identified by TrEMOLO is indicated followed by the chromosome arm and the genomic coordinate in the G73 (183x) assembly. The frequencies determined in the G73 (depth 183x) of each TE insertion tested by PCR are indicated as percentages in blue.
