Enrichment scores computed by comparing the frequency of known motifs among the top CLIP peaks identified by the indicated method with the frequency in background regions (random subsets of regions that were least enriched in CLIP reads, see Methods ). Each peak finder is shown in a different color. The enrichments of the de novo motifs are indicated by stars, red for RCRUNCH peak center, and blue for RCRUNCH crosslink.
