Hi-C structural analysis of the Peg13 locus in ahESCs before and after deletion of the Peg13 imprinted region (n= 2). Results within the paired circles indicate that contacts between P1-P2, P2-P3, and P2-P4 were weakened following the deletion. The central circle highlights the deleted region.
