Comparison of TcpA with structurally and functionally related proteins TrwB, VirB4, HerA, and VirD4. TcpA lacks the AAD domain insertion seen in the homologs presented here. The AlphaFold prediction of the full-length TcpA1-530protein suggests that the C-terminal end (residues 465-530) is unstructured.
