Volcano Plot from Scientific Research

Lipidomics analysis was performed on prostate tissue from WT, Pten−/−, and Pten−/−;AmpkACT mice aged 17 weeks (n = 4 per genotype). A volcano plot summarizing the effect of AMPK activation in the Pten−/− prostate on individual lipid species (fold change > 1.2; adjusted p < 0.05) is shown.
