Candidates present in cGAS-DNA complex are identified from proximity-labeling MS experiment with the cutoff ratios (a2:a1>1.5, a2:a3>5, and a2:a4>5) (see also Data S1). The overlapped proteins are considered as final target proteins and listed. See also Figure S2 for candidates absent in cGAS-DNA complex or constitutively interacting with cGAS.
