Comparison of Lamb1-Dendra2 turnover kinetics as depicted by the decay of red Lamb1-Dendra2 and the increase in green Lamb1-Dendra2 between the stromal-cell-BM and the cancer-cell-BM model in relation to the BM of the healthy mammary epithelium (stromal-cell model, yellow dots; cancer-cell model, cyan dots; healthy mammary gland, magenta dots). Mixed-effect analysis with Geisser-Greenhouse correction between the stromal-cell model and the cancer-cell model for red Lamb1-Dendra2 decay (ns; p = 0.1157) and green Lamb1-Dendra2 (*p = 0.0058) and depicted inFigure 5C. The difference in red Lamb1-Dendra2 decay between the healthy mammary gland and the stroma-cell model is significant (*p = 0.044) and not significant to the cancer-cell model (ns; p = 0.508). The differences in green Lamb1-Dendra2 change between the healthy mammary gland and the stroma-cell model (*p = 0.021) and the cancer-cell model (*p = 0.034) are significant.
