Histopathology based on H&E staining of adult wild-type (WT), heterozygous (het), and homozygous (hom) Lamb1Dendra2 brains (n = 3/3/3). The cerebellum is shaped regularly and shows no signs of dysplasia (upper row, scale bars, 200 m). Neurons of the first cortical layer (1.CL) of the brain did not migrate into the marginal zone (MZ) or behind the pial surface into the sub-arachnoid space (SAS), indicating no signs of cobblestone brain malformation (COB) (middle row and details in lower row, scale bars, 100 m).
