Gini index of TCR clonal space in RRMM patients receiving TCE therapy at the indicated time points. N = 16 evaluable patients. Each patient time point was downsampled to the minimum number of T cells captured in either of the paired patient datasets. Boxplot showing median ± SEM, whiskers indicate 10–90 percentile. Statistical significance was determined by repeated measures one-way ANOVA and Bonferroni’s multiple comparison test.
