Network analysis based on Sequence Annotation and Exploration Database (SEED)-based functional pathways derived from metagenomic data showing differential abundance of functional genes regulating pathways driving cellular growth and metabolism. The color of nodes represents specific pathways, while the size of nodes is proportional to the normalized (by variance-stabilizing transformation) abundance of genes. The edge width represents the correlation value supporting the connection (n =5 per group).
