U2OS cells were stained with anti-IRF3 antibody at indicated time points and the level of nuclear IRF3 signal was quantitated (a.u. indicates arbitrary unit). Each data point represents a nucleus (n = 61–179). DAPI staining was used for defining nuclear boundary.
