Basal expression distribution at days 0, 2, and 5 of iNeuron differentiation. In order to plot non-expressed barcodes, we added 0.00001 (<1% of the lowest-expressed barcodes). The fold change of barcode expression is between the mean of the top 10% and bottom 10% of expressed reporters within each time point.
