Workflow from Scientific Research

We transferred P14 WTTcf7gfpand P14Il1rl1-/-Tcf7gfpinto WT recipients followed by LCMV infection. 4 days laterTcf7gfp+cells of either genotype were sorted and 103cells of each population were re-transferred into secondary WT recipients. After resting for 14 days the recipients were vaccinated with rAdGP and re-expanded P14 cells in spleen were enumerated 7 days later. Representative FACS plot show the percentage of transferred cells (G). Numbers indicate the percentage of gated cells.
