We transferred P14 WTTcf7gfpcells (CD45.1/1) to WT recipients followed by LCMV infection. On day 4, we sortedTcf7gfp+andTcf7gfp-P14 cells and re-transferred them (103P14 cells/recipient) into secondary WT recipients followed by LCMV infection and analysis of spleens 9 days later.
