Workflow from Scientific Research

Sftpc-hACE2-N F/F mice were intranasally infected with 1 x 10 5 TCID 50 virus and euthanized to collect tissue samples at 6 dpi. Equivalent numbers of 10-week-old male and female sftpc-hACE2-N F/F mice were administered vehicle or antibodies (Ab1F11) beginning at +4 h by intraperitoneal injection ( n = 10 per group). Mice were intranasally infected with 1 x 10 5 TCID 50 SARS-CoV-2 GFP/ΔN strain.
