The ORs are from a logistic regression model using a binary disease indicator as the predictor and adjusting for age and sex. Some of the interesting predictors are highlighted. P values are two-sided and were calculated by dividing the coefficient values by their standard errors and observing the probability mass corresponding to equal or more extreme values from both tails of the standard normal distribution (as in the R package glm). The dots represent the point estimates of ORs. The error bars indicate 95% CIs for the ORs computed using bootstrapping.
