The x -axis (CLR mean difference) indicates the effect size on the centered log-ratio transformed scale, whereas y -axis (W statistic) indicates the degree of statistical significance, whereby W statistic > 0.7 indicates robust significance, whereas > 0.6 corresponds to nominal significance.
