Genetic correlations between gestational duration (n = 195,555) and preterm delivery (18,797 cases, 260,246 controls) and other female reproductive traits were estimated using LD-score regression. Dots are the genetic correlation estimate, and error bars are the 95% CI. The direction of the genetic correlations with preterm delivery was flipped so that term deliveries were considered as cases and preterm deliveries as controls. Hence, the direction of the genetic correlations of preterm delivery matches that of gestational duration, providing a clear comparison of the 95% CI.
