MIPs acquired by LFM (left) and VsLFM (right) of circulating blood cells (magenta) and vessels (cyan) in a zebrafish larva. The data were captured with a ×20/0.5 NA air objective at 50 vps. Given that the ground truth data cannot be obtained in this highly dynamic sample, the network models were trained on mouse liver data with vessel and neutrophil labeling and captured by a ×63/1.4 NA oil-immersion objective.
