Coomassie staining after BNGE of mitochondrial protein complexes extracted from mitochondria isolated from mouse heart and untreated or treated with cBID or cBIDKKAA(n= 3 technical replicates from 3 biological replicates for each condition) The lines on the right identify the bands sliced (125) and separately digested with trypsin before label-free analysis by LC-MS DiS, which led to the identification of 1,105 proteins.
