Structure of CLTC NTD with four motif-binding sites and bound peptides shown as gray spheres (coordinates for peptides bound to Arrestin, Royle and W boxes were obtained from the PDB entries 1UTC and 5M5T ). The peptide bound to the clathrin box is colored orange and represents the binding site of the viral peptides investigated in this study.
