Workflow from Scientific Research

Embryos (19-day-old) from pregnant C57BL/6 mice, treated with either PBS or Am, were isolated by C-section, revived, and transferred to foster mothers (ICR mice). The pups from each group were then raised by the foster mothers (referred to as PBS-F and Am-F) until they reached 3 weeks of age.
