Violin Plot from Scientific Research

Model-derived probabilities of autoantibody testing for 2748 participants who had autoantibodies corresponding to SARDs and a rheumatology encounter (red violin plots), and 20,487 controls who were not tested for autoantibodies and did not have a rheumatology encounter (blue violin plot). Median probabilities were compared in autoantibody-tested and untested individuals with Mann-Whitney’s U -test.
