Memory CD8+T cells (CD45RA) sorted and subjected to scVDJ and mRNA sequencing using BD Rhapsody from six longitudinal samples collected at baseline (pre-treatment) and following the indicated interventions. The numbers in the center indicate the number of memory CD8+T cells with paired Va and Vb CDR3 sequences.
