Confocal microscopy images of Hela cancer cells subjected to the partial constituents of the fluorescent optical probe: (i) The TAMRA-modified constituent and (ii) The Alexa 488-functionalized AS1411 conjugated constituent, and the intact optical probe (iii) composed of the TAMRA-modified constituent hybridized with the Alexa 488-sequence conjugated to AS1411, imaged using the TAMRA channel, Alexa 488 channel, bright field image and merge image.
