Detection of TdT activity with the xA probe1. Varying concentrations of TdT were incubated with 5 μM of the xA probe1and 10 μM of primer2at 37 °C and the fluorescence at 393 nm was measured every 30 seconds for 1 hour, using 333 nm as excitation wavelength.
