Temperature dependence of the switch-over time, tsw for MAPb(Br0.4I0.6)3 under light intensities ranging from 10 mW cm-2 to 300 W cm-2. tsw is the time taken for the PL intensity of the iodide-rich peak to exceed that of the mixed-halide peak. The solid lines are guides to the eye, indicating that maximum halide segregation rates (minimum tsw) are reached at temperatures of 275–300 K. The upward arrows indicate the duration of experiments for which halide segregation was so slow that the switch-over condition was not achieved and thus represent a lower bound on the tsw under these conditions.
