Workflow from Scientific Research

We simulated synthetic data for populations divided into N= 1–5 subpopulations connected with different amounts of migration. The population was founded by an initial population of 1,000 individuals 1,000 generations ago, and this was then reduced to 180 individuals during the last 600 generations. Here, models with N= 1 and N= 3 are shown.
