High-temporal-resolution analysis of BZR1-mCherry and ATSK32-GFP dynamics during mitosis in root epidermal cells shows that BZR1-mCherry exits the nucleus in prophase, preceded by the ATSK32-GFP nuclear entry. In telophase, the BZR1-mCherry enters the newly formed nuclei only after the ATSK32-GFP exit. Time point 0 indicates start of mitosis. Single z sections of the root epidermal cells are shown.
