Immuno-localization of methylated (LM20), de-methylated (LM19), and linear beta-1,4-galactan (LM5) pectin epitopes on paraffin sections of 11-day-old roots 7 days after transfer on 5 μM estradiol with Alexa488-conjugated secondary antibody.
