OT-I TILs were analyzed on day 30 following equal number of naive OT-I.CD45.1.2. wild-type (WT) and OT-I.CD45.1.TGF-β receptor(R) II−/−(Tgfbr2−/−)or OT-I.CD45.1.Tbx21−/−(Tbx21−/−) or OT-I.CD45.1.Eomes−/−(Eomes−/−) T cells or effector CD45.2.Il15−/−(Il15−/−) were transferred to CD45.2 recipient mice prior to AT3-OVA inoculation.
