Workflow from Scientific Research

Measurements were divided into 2 days. On day 0, written informed consent was obtained and body composition was measured by MRI. Also, the baseline meal was provided at lunch, and continuous glucose monitor (CGM) was prepared. After an overnight fast, the diet intervention and postprandial measures were finished on day 1.
