Scanning electron micrographs (a) of the fabricated d.c. SQUID, which contains two Nb/Mn 3 Ge/Nb JJs with barrier spacing d s = 172 and 179 nm (≥ \( \xi _{\mathrm{triplet}}^{{\mathrm{Mn}}_3{\mathrm{Ge}}} \)) that are laterally connected through the single layer of D 0 19 -Mn 3 Ge(0001).
