Comparison of the partial 1 H NMR spectra (400 MHz, CDCl 3 , 298 K) of L BB2 RuCp(NCMe)PF 6 before (top row) and after (other rows) the addition of 1 equiv. of BuN 4 TRISPHAT. Integration of the MeCN resonances shows that the initially racemic L BB2 RuCp(NCMe) + ion gradually becomes enriched in one stereoisomer ( K = 1.2).
