The mutual-friction dependence of the relaxation rate normalized to Ω_f, that is, the slopes A in a, deviate from the linear dependence expected for a fixed dissipative length scale (solid line), suggesting that the effective dissipative length scale is changing with temperature as a result of the KW cascade.
