scRNA-seq/TCR-seq analyses of 60,858 CD3 + T cells isolated from the BM of MI c1 and BI c1 mice, and from YFP c1 controls. Three mice from each subgroup at MGUS and MM states were included. In patients, scRNA-seq/TCR-seq analyses of 50,154 CD3 + T cells isolated from the BM of newly diagnosed MM ( n = 7) and MGUS ( n = 4), and from the BM of healthy adults ( n = 6), were performed.
