Signaling-associated alterations in endothelial and mural cells in BrM vs. non-tumor samples (F) and IDHWT GBM vs. non-tumor samples (G). Significant pathways, defined as those with signaling strengths greater than the 75th percentile cutoff, are labeled. The cutoff was determined using quantile analysis on the absolute values of the signaling strengths to highlight the most relevant pathways. The color code indicates if the pathway is non-tumor specific, BrM specific, IDHWT GBM specific, or shared. BrM and non-tumor datasets in (A)(G) were obtained from our previous study.24
