Venn Diagram from Scientific Research

Venn diagrams of significantly upregulated and downregulated DEGs and pathways from Hallmark, Reactome, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG), and GO Biological Process (GOBP) databases shared between IDHmut glioma-, IDHWT GBM-, and BrM-ECs (ORA cutoff: p.adj < 0.05). Note that ORA was not performed in IDHmut ECs since there was only 1 upregulated DEG.
