Patient-specific immune dN/dS revealed a significant depletion of nonsynonymous mutations only in the immunopeptidome of escaped- nonresponders (NR-, median = 0.69, P = 0.0012). One-sample one-sided Wilcoxon signed rank test with mu = 1 (NR- n = 85, NR+ n = 69, R- n = 24, R+ n = 43). Boxplots represent the median, 25th percentile and 75th percentile, and whiskers correspond to 1.5 times the interquartile range.
