Dots represent the mean percentage of nonsatisfied crosslinks (>10 A CaCa) in the AlphaFold2 prediction. Improvement on average for all but full MSA size. Crosslink violation decreases and crosslink utility diminishes with increasing MSA size. Largest utility for N eff < 25.
