Boxplot and bar plots show the percentage of reads mapped to AMR genes per sample and number of unique AMR genes across modules. Statistical tests (Mann-Whitney-Wilcoxon test two-sided with Benjamini-Hochberg FDR correction) were performed exclusively on pairs of adjacent, interconnected modules; ns denote p > 0.05 whereas **** denotes p <= 1.00 x 10-4. Boxplot boundaries denote 25th and 75th percentiles, with whiskers extending up to 1.5x the IQR, ordered by median AMR-mapped reads per module.
