Molecular network of surface samples from the ISS (3DMM, this study) and houses across an urbanization gradient. Shown in the figure are molecular families that contain shared spectra in the two datasets. Each node in the network represents a unique MS/MS spectrum. A pie chart was drawn on each node based on the peak area of this spectrum observed in each sample category (ISS, blue; South American jungle, yellow; rural, light orange; town, orange; urban, red). Annotations not confirmed with analytical standards were named based on chemical classification from ClassyFire. See also Figure S6.
